Family Systems Approach
Genogram Process
We adopt a Family Systems approach to therapy, collaboratively completing a detailed Genogram (family tree) to identify and address multigenerational patterns. This process allows the opportunity to acknowledge the influence our family-of-origin has on who we are and better understand where we come from. Through the exploration of familial relationship dynamics we will reveal conditioned roles, behaviors and responses to restructure our way of thinking, ultimately healing ourselves and our relationships.
